So I'm at the Amazon website and I put a 16 pound bag of cat food in my cart, and I'm trying to check out. For some reason it was stuck, I couldn't get it to move. Then a screen advances and tells me my cart is empty and they no long have that 16 pound bag of cat food I had in my cart a minute ago. Looking around for another one makes me feel like I'm shopping on a parody site - twice the price or $44 shipping fee. What the hell has happened to Amazon?

 

So calmly stated, as though this were in any way normal or acceptable - but hey, at least they're up-front about being screechingly underpaid
