The good news is I came close to $300, and the bad news is I got 8 rejections from a outfit called Flying Fish. I will avoid Flying Fish in the future. It was my first time doing their hits.

i'd totally do the same if i had any, doing that hit about new zelda game made me relly miss video games but i guess i just gonna jam and then....do other things

 

I'm pretty much certain it was exposed to low voltage and power spikes during the issues I had this week with the power. One surge actually shut the PC down completely. Also I forgot to mention that whenever I click a program to open it there is a delay, also it takes forever for the computer to actually start up when it does decide to work. That's what made me think possibly the hard drive. Plus all the failed start ups. I took temps inside the computer with an infrared thermometer and everything seems pretty cool with the exception of my video card which is running to hot to even touch for long, at around 130-140 F.

The issue with the electricity is supposed to be fixed, but it is an old house. No one has actually tested my outlets to see if the voltage on them is correct. So basically now what I am thinking is like you said the surges and voltage issue's I had for two days damaged something inside of my computer which is either the hard drive or the power supply. So trying to isolate symptoms the failed start up's would possibly point to the HD as being the more likely suspect. Or the failed start ups could be because the power supply isn't giving enough juice to start the fans and the HD at the same time. Maybe I should clean install Windows 7 and see if it still happens. I don't have anything really plugged into it aside from essentials. Darn technology.

 

Did some shopping, did part one of the Nozari Lab HIT, gotta cut the grass because Mr. Reliable isn't very.

Just going down the checklist with you, try booting into safe mode, see if you get the same slowdowns/shut offs. And like Jag says, unplug everything you can from the board while still being able to boot.

 

If these 5s would actually submit more quickly, they'd be cake.

These aren't very good, but you can do all I believe and 30 minute AA.

 

I have the same issue with the 6's. What I did was just multi box them like PFAs and that seemed to work for me. Not sure if it's the same with the 5's.
