Yea there is def wiggle room / nuance to it.. the only problem w/ this strategy is that you don't know what you didn't catch from all the cycles spent trying to catch that $10 HIT.

People are free to do what they like, I'm not saying you're wrong / bad / whatever, but just something to consider since most people don't (it's the same when people go from PC to HC and back/forth and go "omg this caught so much more work!" - that's.. not really how you should judge a panda manager app lol). The more time spent on active panda management will increase the overall catch rate (although decrease the time you actually spend submitting HITs).

Obviously if the timer is long, throwing it on overnight is fantastic since those cycles would almost 100% be lost/wasted anyway, but I think leaving something running during the day when you're sitting at the PC (assuming 2 monitors) is generally a loss past the first expiration timer in majority of scenarios (again just IMO)

Now excuse me while I run that $10 panda all day in stark contrast to what I just told everyone else to do
