    My girlfriend and I sat in our kayaks and got bit by mosquitoes while we watched people blast fireworks over the water (which I think is kind of a shitty thing to do). Do fireworks contain plastics, or are they mostly just cardboard?

    Fireworks aren't great for the environment :( We had a fire ban here and so many people still shot them off. Me, my boyfriend, my dad, stepmom, and little sister all watched them from their hotel window in Denver. It was nice to be cut off from the noise of it.

    Yeah, we have a lot of fire issues here, which is why we self contain at the airport with a ton of concrete and the ability to put out aviation fires.

    What was shitty was the neighbors setting off firecrackers till the asscrack of dawn and matt sleeping with earplugs cause all the neighbors just let their dogs sit outside and howl instead of taking them in or giving a damn. I mean, they do that any given day of the week, but normally they don't howl as long because they aren't jacked up over fireworks so much.
