I cheated and successfully used Chantix to quit last May.

I accidentally quit cold turkey once when I was younger because I mistakenly bought 0mg nicotine carts for my ecig and didn't realize for like a week... I thought a change in birth control was responsible for my sudden I HATE EVERYTHING mindset that week lol. Changing from normal smokes to ecig was quite some effort as well actually :emoji_thinking:

Good luck!! Try chewing on stuff like cinnamon sticks or w/e

Ditch caffeine too for now and it helps to be in nature and getting some exercise. When inside, watch comedies-cartoons.

    Also, hello everyone.

It worked when I did it. If it doesn't work for you, try it in Internet Explorer.

Good luck! From my passing familiarity, nicotine replacement (patches, gum, etc.) paired with a support group is the most effective quitting method. Or, if it helps, the health benefits to quitting are quickly realized (a few months out, you're back to risk levels of years less smoking. Finding something meaningful that is worth the withdrawal symptoms (your health, children's health, money saved, etc.) and can get you past cravings in a particular moment has worked for relatives.

Definitely not for everyone, I was very lucky and had zero side effects, only had to take about a month's worth and then I just stopped taking it completely cuz I didn't feel any urge to smoke at all
