07/06 - Thinking Thoughtfully Tuesday

I am trying out QBC and when I am working a hit, select survey link and "Open In New Window" it just opens the link in the same tab, so I can't go back and enter the survey code at the end without reloading the survey and losing my time tracked. Is this normal and is there some other way it should be submitting?

In QBC's workspace each HIT is sandboxed to it's own tab. So the navigation back/forth between the survey and the HIT is on the left hand side, and the navigation between HITs is your typical tabs at the top.

So when you submit a HIT, QBC will close all the garbage subtabs associated with that HIT and clean it all up for you all at once in the background while moving you to the next HIT immediately.

TL;DR: Click the Amazon icon on the left side to go back to the HIT iframe.

My now ex has decided she wants to keep the Switch that was supposed to be my Xmas present 2 years ago so it couldn't have come at a better time

Yeah it's definitely hard, like losing custody of your kid or something I guess. I'd probably miss the girl too but she's decided to be a real [expletive] about it all instead of behaving like an adult.

Probably! I mean I certainly have my faults too. The breakup was mostly mutual, although I did want to explore a solution if at all possible. It's been about three weeks now of me trying to find a place to move and that's when she decided to start getting all out of pocket.

Anyways, not trying to derail the thread into my own personal pity party. I'm def going to get that Switch unless they have a bigger upgrade planned (which I doubt)
