07/07 - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Tuesday

I am not a huge fan of pickled herring. I eat it during the holidays back home but I can't eat it everyday like my dad.

 

He's Finnish and pickled herring is way better than the lutefisk alternative.

I think Lutefisk is what he told me would put hair on my chest. Small children dont want hair on their chest.

 

A good bit of the recipes for whysdatnamesolong sauce have fish paste! Tho I'm not 100% sure if most generic store ones have it all the time.

Lotsa foods with lotsa ingredients people might not love to realize they are eating

 

Pickled herring with some curry salad on top of Danish rye bread is pretty good....sometimes.

 

Lutefisk on hardtack with some sort of black mystery paste

 

Hey, I am willing try anything!

 

Probably some slurry my grandma made with leftovers

My grandparents were swedes, and I hated Sunday dinners at their home as a child. Pickled stuff, fishy stuff, weird stuff. I would have starved if it weren't for the desserts! I only eat fish sticks, now....with ketchup.

The bot's mother sent us some sort of edible heroin. It's this dark chocolate southern pecan toffee stuff and I might die eating this.

The bot's mom called to see what I thought about the candy after she saw it got delivered, because she knows there is 0 chance I wait very long to cram something sugary in my pie hole.

 

Now that's my kind of fisherman!

 

That's me when my mom sends me salty black licorice. I am pretty sure it gives me an ulcer the the size of the Grand Canyon but it is worth it.
