I've done all kinds of stuff like different supplements, exercise schedule, etc. I definitely understand the health dynamics of sleeping patterns and that mine is not healthy... but for whatever reason my body seems to be "programmed" to be awake and active at night. Been that way my whole life and attempts to change it are a struggle

Some supplements work well for getting to sleep but actually make it a lot harder for me to wake up... The easiest is just stick to a schedule once I get it rolling. But staying on the schedule is hard because my mind always wants to start doing things at night.

Thanks for the tip though, I will check out that Sleep feature. Does it just create Pandas that aren't active or?

Yeah I'm the same way and just accepted fully chemically regulating my sleep lmao.

As far as sleep functionality goes its essentially the same as having the app on but it adds an extra calculation step when deciding what HITs to accept/ignore: when you'll be back to work.

So if you go to bed and tell the app you'll be back to work at 8am, it'll scan the platform and all the HITs that pass by at like 7:30 AM with an hour timer it'll go ahead & accept them since there will be time left when you get back to complete them.

Internally a boatload more complicated than that but you get the gist. In the email invite there is a link to a YT video that explains it much more in depth (ditto for the entire app, and it's worth the watch 100%)
