List price went from $109 (huge pricing mistake on my agent's part TBH) to $89 to $79 so it's $14k under my JUST reduced price but I am so over it and want it and the tenant gone, it's the only offer in ~45 days and there's no mortgage and it cost me $0 effectively so w/e

The best part? The buyers are a couple who are BUYING THE HOUSE FOR THEIR THREE ADULT, LATE-TWENTIES SONS JUST TO FINALLY GET THEM OUT OF THEIR OWN HOUSE. I cannot even fathom. I asked if we could add a clause that they adopt me.
