    Veggies canned or frozen if you don't plan on using them immediately. Also if you have beef get some chicken so you don't burn out on the beef. I use the frozen and just let it thaw\brine in salt and hot water for like 15 minutes and it turns out fine. Use the rice and ramen and make chicken/beef bowl things. If you eat salad you should be able to buy fresh salad mix or heads of lettuce for like $2 and use that with the chicken for a few meals. :)

    If they are thin enough, you don't need to thaw them. Putting them in a pan when frozen will sear the outside locking in the juices.

    I've bought those before. Might work, but I like them med-rare. :emoji_cow: Put a lid on them will help them cook faster - steam and all.

    Or take them out of the freezer right now and let them sit at room temp for 2 hours. Then to the refrigerator.

    So 2 hours at room temp and then they are good to go? My fiancee only likes them well done. I'll probably do 4 at a time, can use my grill if you think that would work best in that situation.
