Now while I have a moment, I share you the story of Strange Bug.

Strange Bug showed up in our bathroom one day. I noticed him while using the restroom and just kind of watched him for a bit. I called on the husband and both of us did our best to figure out what Strange Bug was. We came to the conclusion he's maybe 3-4 different types of beetle, all harmless. Being gracious gods we left him to live in our bathroom. Every day we would look for him and report back to each other where Strange Bug is. I was in the shower last night waiting for husband to join me and I looked up to find Strange Bug up on the crown molding. Strange Bug just kind of wanders around up there for a while and I turn my back to rinse my hair out. I turn back around STRANGE BUG IS GONE. I make a joke about him an heroing into the shower. Sure enough I look down at the hair catcher. Strange Bug is drowning. We save strange bug and set him to dry in the sink and continue showering. Finish up and walk out, Strange Bug is now in the general Dead Bug Pose™. We have a small sad laugh about how he could have lived and what not and go on with our night calling him a dumb fucker. We make plans to toss him outside in the morning and leave him overnight on the counter in the bathroom. Get up this morning and there he is! Clinging to the wall! Alive! This is now starting week 2 with Strange Bug. Here's to hoping he doesn't try and commit seppuku.
