    honestly i don't find the differences in the show to be too upsetting since most seem to be done just to condense on the sheer content/excess side characters but...i also pretend the qarth arc didn't happen in the show and also, there's this WEIRD gap between season 4 and 6! wow, we just don't know what's supposed to go there.

    Does anyone else have a problem with their web browser "freezing" for a few seconds after you click on a MechTurk related link? For instance, if you open a link in another browser or something? I mean, the mouse doesn't freeze, but all the tabs just kind of a sit there for a few seconds until the newest hit loads and then you can finally resume your work.

    Just curious if it was just me or not...

    Yep I totally understand, I didn't know about the books until the show came out. I know most things that happen in the books and I agree that the quality isn't really comparable between the two. I just prefer to read series' that are complete or have a decent chance of being completed. If the books get finished, I'll marathon it. :p
