    It's because the work is always up. It's almost always something there for them to do. They open mturk they see "Oh this James Billings guy has thousands of hits, that'll save me time having to look!" and then they do like a dozen of his surveys and make a whopping $2 after 3 hours of grinding them. But hey, at least they didn't have to grub for penny hits like those other turkeys! This is the same mentality people like Jon Brelig and whoever runs Crowdsurf prey off of. Hell, even Amazon does it with their massive A9 batches that pay $3/hr.
