My cat has one too! I've heard that cats specifically don't like to drink stagnant water and they can be really susceptible to kidney problems if they don't drink enough, so I look at it as an investment in my cat's health

 

It's cheaper to just buy a heated toilet seat if you don't need the fancy water booty attachment
