Only thing that I really feel like I should make a note of is that you might see something called Steins;Gate 23β and that actually is the most recent thing so far that has aired and should be watched at the very end after you have seen everything else.

Well I guess you could actually watch the ONAs that IBM funded Steins;Gate: Soumei Eichi no Cognitive Computing after or whenever if at all because they are basically non cannon but they are pretty good but obviously short.
