    Kinda a weird bunch but I just woke up. Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, Trigun are the 3 I would start with. Great stories and animation :)

    I actually wouldn't recommend the Jojo anime. It's pretty mediocre as far as animation is concerned, though the music in the first two parts is pretty good. If you can get past the awkward artstyle, the manga's definitely better. Haven't seen Mob Psycho, but the rest of the list is pretty solid as far as entry level anime goes.

    I think the animation is pretty awesome tbh, but yeah that would be an anime to watch down the line. Took me a couple tries to actually get into it.

    I didn't watch part 3 because it was my least favorite part, but parts 1 and 2 were definitely more slideshow than anything else. Part 4 was a bit better, but honestly I still prefer the manga.

    Different strokes, etc. Also, since no one else is posting hits, some other good entry level anime are Eureka 7, FLCL(RIP Gainax), pretty much every Miyazaki movie, Paranoia Agent and other Satoshi Kon works, Ghost in the Shell(I honestly did not care for the original movies and prefer SAC), The Tatami Galaxy, and Serial Experiments Lain.

    I was gonna suggest fooly cooly too but that one is weird af ha. Miyazaki is great when you're getting into animoos. Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone was pretty good. Almost watched Eureka a few times, but never have. Haven't seen the others, but I will check them out. I'm still trying to finish Shinsekai Yori ha. I have like 3 episodes left...

    FLCL makes a lot more sense when you realize it's mostly just a coming of age story. Eureka 7 is easily one of my favorite anime, and I highly suggest watching it, please don't be intimidated by the 50 episode length. Also, AO never happened. If you're into Miyazaki movies, I also recommend watching Hoshi Wo Ou Kodomo. It's directed by Makoto Shinkai who usually makes depressing relationship stuff, but he took a page out of Miyazaki's book for this one and it's one of his best. Also, Squeera was right.
