For around $30-$50 get a Himalayan salt lamp. I was looking at one in BB&B and a tiny elderly Asian lady gave it a glowing testimonial on how it purified the air. She looked at least 90 and very spry, so I trusted her but bought it mainly because it looked cool. But it really does work. My dog who was always wheezing would sleep in front of it and she quit snorting and wheezing.
