    I'm averaging 5.4 miles a day for 2019 & 6.2 a day for July, need to be up to 6 so I have to keep hauling ass (had to take a couple months off). I think my body is made up of rice, chicken, and low fat chocolate milk at this point. Baby carrots if I'm feeling feisty.

    I'm already drooling over the birthday cake I'm gonna make next week.

    Plus, I used my sourdough to make kickass croutons yesterday!
