A requester can always do something crazy in code if they add custom javascript to the HIT, but otherwise no. To be safer, I'd only use shit+enter as a second resort. Just clicky submit, and if that doesn't work, then try shift+enter. Try to use the form as intended by the requester and use shift+enter as a backup.

There's also this script, which should do the same thing.

I've used shift+enter a lot on MLData batches and similar batch hits because its always specified as a shortcut. Never thought to try it otherwise, but never had any issues with it
