    Thanks! the only thing I am sort of scared of is it looks like (because I have to PREPARE by looking at their site, make polls,etc) is that they will want me to train myself. I can do it, but am nervous about messing up something.

    This may be what I have to be. I can't figure out how to insert their polls and I had 2 $10 web reviews and 18 dollars(counting my bonus) worth of surveys today. It figures that I would have to prepare on a day that I am getting work from EVERYwhere I belong to. LOL
