this is exactly how I have it in tampermonkey, and it's checking all the boxes as SAME on mine, so I am not sure what to tell you , i hate that it's not working for you

 

This is why you need to post codes in code tags. otherwise copy and paste will often miss stuff or formatting my be fucked.
