    Welp, my curiosity got the better of me, and I checked out the case number of the dude we are buying the cabin from (we have to deal with getting his judgement off the house title and it's all public info given to us). HOOO BOY. I should not have done that. Now I know this guy is even more of a POS than we had suspected and I'm pretty annoyed. Now I have to figure out how to control my reflexive Grinch face when I see this jerk.
