Not really. I mean, if I hold it sideways a bit I can hobble around on a crutch...hard to explain.

 

Just walk it off, you'll be fine.

 

Plus I have it in a brace that I had from the last time I broke an ankle.

 

Could be broken. Doc thought I had broken mine since I couldn't put ANY weight on it. She was very surprised when it came back a bad sprain.

Might not be broken, mine wasn't, but if you can't really put weight on it that's a sign of needing to seek help.

 

That's what I was trying to do...my uncle always told me no blood or bones sticking out I better suck it up...

 

Well, that's good! It's getting support then.

Still. Go to doctor. My ankle still aches at times to this day. I'm mad at it often.

 

Anyone doing the study where they texts you headlines and you reply back with a rating of 1-6? I don't remember how long it is or how much it pays.

 

Definitely not. I'm not giving a requester my number.

Is it okay to toss in "through said contracted work I've completed tasks for Google, Amazon, Microsoft, etc. etc" or is that laying it on way too thick?

this is just a copy paste I saved from a couple years ago so I have no fucking clue.

 

That might be too far.

We're hiring someone right now, and I thought about what I'd ask them in an interview if I saw the entire write up and those companies. If I didn't know what mturk was like, I'd ask about working for all of those companies, and that could lead to an awkward interview conversation?

Might reword it as something like, "Companies who regularly post work on Mechanical Turk are:........" then list the companies.

Because a job like this just begs for follow up interview questions.
