watching Turkish TV series to practice my Turkish, so far so good but I do not get the jokes!

 

If you need something to watch on Netflix, just finished watching "What Happened to Monday".

Netflix is going to kill traditional hollywood and I am 100% ok with that.

 

I'm pretty sure that traditional hollywood is killing itself.

Pretty Hollywood is still okay. ALl those shows Netflix makes are from studios, most of which are based in Hollywood.

What changed for them from last month when they also were losing money on every subscription?

 

friendly announcement that @lefty survived the hailstorm in Flagstaff, AZ in the middle end of July!

 

Most of their movies are average. The Titan was really bad. I did kinda like Blight or Bright, whatever it's called, but I went in with low expectations.

 

annnd didn't get tossed off the ski lift for her hangry shenangians!

 

How it Ends was really good though, but it is like they just gave up at the end.

 

They've been losing money since they changed to $10/month, but with the amount of subscribers going up it's getting worse. Each month it's like an extra $5 million in losses.

They have surge pricing coming soon, so that might help a bit, but they are basically out of money.
