around 4th grade every kid had their own battery powered desk fan brought from home. the school never cared for trying to install a fan.... except in the chemistry lab

Not sure really. Only recourse left if I don't just decide to write it off since it's not tied to an IRB.

 

If things go bad in this country and we lose the ability to cool buildings like we do now, the newer generations are going to super suffer!

So, I think I'm going to go home at lunch, turn off my house a/c and tell my teenager it's time for a toughening up lesson.
