I had that happen on an 8$ hit a few months ago. I reached out to the requester since he said that a 40min survey should not take 15 minutes. I asked him if I could retake the survey and if all of my answers were similar, if he could approve my work. I did it again in roughly 15min and he approved my work. I always ask if I can retake it to show them consistency in my work, but some will outright say "Sorry but its too late now." It's like when my mom would tell me "Sorry Charley" when I was mad and wanted something. Nothing ruffled my jimmys like when she dropped a "Sorry Charley."
