    They are not available at that time. If you dont qualify it will explicitly tell you and you will not be able to add them to your HIT catcher. Here is what I think happens. Many people are scanning for certain HITs or requesters. If their catcher sees one it grabs it and takes it away from others to see. If the person that caught the HIT lets it expire or they return it then the HIT is back on the market and your catcher can grab it if you are scanning for it. Also, some requesters put their HITs out spread throughout the day. If your catcher is scanning, it will catch it when it reappears.

    LIke I said earlier, thats how I get most of my HITs. I am grateful for those that post here and I try to post when I can. I only use the simple MTurk Suite. Others have more powerful scrapers and know how to use them to get a lot more.
