I have done this for my mother who is recouping from surgery. They will let you know if they are out and need to substitute. You can accept or deny.

Once it happened a lot and I asked which day would be the best to order and not have so many substitutions. They said Tuesday. YMMV

Pros:
The hourly isn't bad.

Cons:
If you take more than 5min to answer (once you open the link), they won't pay you (so probably no code if > 5min). This needlessly stresses you.
It's pretty much all written responses, which is sad. And pretty subjective writing.
