Sadly probably not because I'm tired of it and from this point out it will be escalating into bans until RA & you-know-who are stuck turning /r/mturk into their personal love shack.

If someone does review a qual HIT while the infrastructure isn't in place to block it the best thing anyone can do is report it on TV so I can get a nice clean list of ways to filter them out. Grinching on the daily is the dead last thing on the list of helpful avenues of handling it.
