At the last house, charter told me they wouldn't be there to install the internet for 7-10 days and I was really upset because normally they would show up in 1-2. Matt called them back and suddenly they were there the next day at 9am. We had excellent service after that too, I don't think anyone wanted to deal with him again.

I still don't know what he says to people but it's not the first time he's gotten a company to refund me for bad service or show up quickly after I cried to him about delays. He even scared Wells Fargo into taking a fine off my account. I have no idea what he says but people are always so much nicer to me afterwards.
