I am from New Orleans and used to drink a Shit Ton. Now I may drink on my birthday or special occasions but rarely at all. And when I do drink it has to be ice cold Guinness Draught

After being on anti depressants and adderall as a child/teen I don't like the feeling of anything outside of 100% control of myself.

My brother knows that I won't drink it at all if I can taste the alcohol so I'm not worried. Rather if they do get something dumb I'll just not drink it at all.

 

ERs are a lot diiferent than regular doctors. I was in a car crash a few years ago and I had to wait 6 hours just to have someone look at me. I was in a wheel chair for the whole 6 hours. A positive outcome from that experience was it made me realize how lucky I am able to walk.

Disclaimar: It wasn't a serious accident. Just some bumps and bruises. A guy rear-ended me when he was talking to his dog instead of watching for the red light.
Still six hours is a long time to wait to just see a nurse,than after that the doctor.

 

I am on Antipsychotics and other mood stabilizers plus serious pain pills so that is an incentive for me not to drink as well

Yeah it is really bad idea but I doubt that I would be able to stop him so I'm not going to try.
