Maybe it's just me, but that "3 minute" Endor survey about a Google mobile app was taking me a lot longer than 3 minutes. Returned.

 

See this is just even more confusing. Isn't all the garbage pick up automated now? How they gonna check stickers?

 

I think my water portion is usually lower than that, the bulk is sewer and garbage. I do conserve, except that month I fill the swimming pool

I'm careful what I water, too. When we were in a bad drought I let my front lawn die. (it came back when it started raining again).

serious question, btw.

with us, we have actual humans driving trucks and controlling the levers that pick up the standardized bins. However for bags, they get out of the truck and toss it in by hand.

With us, you pay a fee each month if you want the bins, however you can also buy the tags if you want to not have to pay a monthly fee, or if you're throwing away something big that wouldn't fit in a bin.

 

I have two garbage cans. One for regular garbage, one for recycling. Both go down to the curb once a week and have to three feet apart. The trucks have arms that pick up and empty the cans into the top of the truck.

If I need a tree or something picked up, I call the city and some guys come by and get it, but it has to on the curb.

Same here. Except once a month they do a street pickup of all green plant/tree stuff that can't fit into the green can. (like large amount of tree pruning).

Twice a year we can call for a "bulky items pickup" for all other huge things. We use this A LOT in the rental industry thanks to tenants that view moving as a way to just start over with all new stuff.

 

Yeah, as I say, maybe it's just me — and now that I think about it, I was "getting into it" in a way that most people wouldn't.

I mean there's a reason another requester thanked me for "going beyond the call of duty," and that's OK sometimes, but in cases like this survey I was just wasting my own time unnecessarily.

Entirely my bad, not the requester's.
