Yea TVJS will only show the rejection thing once, if you don't click it then (or if its desync'd across profiles/browsers/apps) it wont upload the req feedback since it's not sure if its "safe" to do so.. kinda odd but the app/site don't communicate with each other very often w/o user opt-in to say its ok, and rejections are treated as more sensitive so they wont update outside "official" channels (ie, the click button when tvjs first sees the rejection)
