The net there is god awful, a hardwire line gets 10mbps tops, it's in Warrensburgh MO, so maybe that's why it's literally a small tiny hick college town.

 

I Grinch when my speed drops to like 75 down on wireless then I realize a ton of people don't get anything close to that.

 

That makes sense.

Also, after living in MO, yuck. Should have chosen a school much further away >_>

 

That's him...I live in MO but at least it's one of the cities, I encouraged him to go to a big college or try something new and he shut it down every single time.

 

Yay! I finally left a review!
I don't think I'll be doing this too often, since I'm really ridiculously slow compared to most,
and my times would likely goof up the entire system. If anyone knows a work-around that
would let me review without causing damage to you guys or requesters, I'd appreciate hearing it!
This particular HIT didn't really allow for much 'time variation' so I figured it would be okay.

 

They probably limit it on a per user basis. My uni limits it to 50 mbps during peak hours. We have a big deal with AT&T and they are a big sponsor of engineering, so it's pretty good. We've got 10Gb/s in the computer science building, where my office is, so I can't complain.

 

Don't worry about it, if your times are too far on the fringes it'll remove them from the API ratings which is all that matters much to other workers.
