    About 2/3 of the way there, I went to turn around and take him home the downhill way, which is a decent workout. He decided he wanted to just go the shorter, but steeper, way. He goaded me by telling me I wasn't strong enough sooooo...I played myself.

    Then I screamed for protein as soon as we got to the front yard. I tried to take it easy today, and still did 4.2 miles between walking Matt and the dogs lol.
