    One of my Slack comments was quoted in the article (I had no idea until seeing RA's link and certainly did not speak to a reporter); I've never gotten a rejection or unpaid bonus from them, just think it is an utterly crap policy.

    I had a series of real genius ideas with this batch, like, "If I make the cookies extra thick, they will still be soft when they get there and won't break!"

    Then my cookies came out lumpy, which has never happened, and I was silently weeping while frosting my lumpy cookies.

    I then ate all the ugliest cookies to dispose of my shame.
