I don't make accurate bulgogi but I buy a bulgogi sauce/marinade from an asian market or from HEB and I buy coleslaw mix and I marinate some ground beef in the sauce for 30 minutes and then cook the meat and veggies separate. I make soba noodles and then mix everything together lol. It's nice and relatively cheap.
