Following my kids from 9th grade to 10th for the first time. Special Ed teacher so I'm with them for different subjects in the day.

Well I hate HVAC work, some more power to him. Just make sure and document what your seeing in the vents before they get somebody out there to clean them or before you really have a face to face with the landlord. Just saying it can be useful should things go south talking with the landlord or in other aspects.

 

I am starting to get into all the Image stuff now like Saga and The Walking Dead.

I mean, she lives down the street and this is a small town, the entire town will know the vents are fucked up before tommorow is over I imagine. I was already crying to the guy across the street we are friends with who wants to buy this house to rent out so he was might interested to know the house wasn't upkept as well as he was told.

I just want the place properly cleaned now that we know whats up because Bearnie is sick most likely because of this and that is not ok.

 

Yeah, I have 7 pets. The four dogs can cost a bunch, but the bird and 2 turtles are nothing. I got dog money. Always had money for them. Even when I was a poor college kid, I would feed my dog before myself.

 

Well, it seems no one is spending their money on polar bears

 

I can understand that, then again small town, you being a "yankee she-devil" and court of public opinion and all that... Not to mention the health and safety aspects, best document cause I have seen things go south with landlords over much less.

I would pretty much give Bearnie my own organs at this point if that would somehow help. He costs more than the other 4 combined, but Matt says it basically balances out cause my other cat is the most perfectly healthy being on the planet. Ah, our furry children.

Yeah, I'm taking pictures of everything and Matt is going to talk to the landlady. Ironically, I'm the yankee she devil but he's the real hard ass out of the two of us. If my cat wasn't sick, I wouldn't be half as pissed. But,
