Anything that is to greasy will do that to me. So that cuts out like 90% the foods down here in the south.

we had sour cream and chive noodles and I got excited I could eat them because we have lactose pills. lol.
Im salty on coffee creamer tho, I use oat milk and my option is vanilla from silk (its the only one I really like) Id love flavors, but I will die a horrible death. And waht ever is in international delight and coffee mate gives me horrible headaches, so I have to go plant-based due to that.

 

The crazy bread is good though.

 

Mine isn't that severe, and the greasy thing is just cause I don't eat it much and I am prone to ulcers, so I am definitely lucky there. It gets expensive af having a specialized diet.

over here almond milk is cheaper than regular so ez switch and healthier
