I like to use my (that I grow) fruits to make it, plus it's literally the same as regular milk it just has extra filtering steps so the only difference in yogurt made with that and regular milk is I don't have to "cook" the milk. Once you have your own starter all I have to pay for is the fairlife milk, so once you factor in the time it takes to cook the milk and make it, vs set and forget it. Also Samant just schooled you. lmao
