SeaQuest DSV was the shit... and Ladybugs was really funny.

 

I hope this is the case, it would make sense. Otherwise, what utter sub-par service they have mass banning people. From what I gather its the long time warriors being suspended too, people from the early days that are barely holding on. I have a 10+ year account, Masters, 99.9% 400K hits... and poof, I've been disposed of.

 

Slow Monday, and I woke up late. PE: $250. I hope I don't get banned for 8 months again.

 

I also have been suspended, been a worker for 10+ years with 115K HITs. So many have been affected from this round of suspensions (just look at the MTurk Reddit), I hope it's resolved soon

 

Yeah likewise, I heard there was going to be a Zoom call with the Turkopticon people to discuss anything we could do to help each other out and get this sorted asap.

been suspended since friday I never did this didn't even know it was a thing but I started my account in 2006 soo....

 

Yeah never did that, I used payments like paypal back in the day and mturk since 2014.

 

I just hope the fix it soon. AI batches are good on prolific right now but that isn't going to last for ever.

I heard Amazon told some people thier payments account couldn't be restarted and to make a new mturk account but really that is a crappy option expecially since this is happening to people with older accounts who likely have closed quals they have worked years to accumulate. I for one mostly do VRAPI hits starting a new accout would cost me the qual to do those

 

If you only really do VRAPI, you can just reach out to them. I bet they'd give you the qual after they verified your old account... even faster if you did it on the Slack channel.

 

I thought about asking on slack but figured I'd wait and see how this turns out first but if I have to make a new account definatly reaching out on slack
