I've always gotten nervous of the pills because of how easy it is for me to just forgetti that I took any.

Sadly it's not enough for the mornings to stave off the headaches. I might have to just look into cutting back so that maybe tea does fix it.

Are you using any milk and/or sweetener? I used to load my coffee up which gave me similar issues but I drink it black now and don't have any more problems. You could try caffeine pills, but coffee has some other chemicals in it that cause the caffeine to react differently than it does on its own. I'd highly recommend getting some L-theanine too if you go that route. Straight caffeine feels like a pre-workout supplement, but with L-theanine it feels more like coffee. Rounds out the edges so to speak. That's my experience, anyway
