    So as it turns out, supposedly it's not an AI - Just got an email back after I complained about the false rejections saying

    "Thanks for getting in touch. Apologies for this inconvenience, we will get your rejections overturned as soon as possible and ensure we remove the worker from our approval flow who declined the transcripts."

    I'm kind of shocked, but kind of not...
