09/05 - Turbulent Tuesday

They don't seem to care that CloudResearch stole a lot of their business, and then bashed their platform and workers.... They drove me to Prolific, too. Wish I had signed up earlier for Prolific, but I always heard about their long waiting list to get approved to work, so I put it off until my MTurk monthly earnings became too low to bear anymore.

 

I do think Prolific will grow, they're the best platform now. It's a whole different universe over there.
Good for you on Prime, I get the free trials when I can, but their Amazon shipping sucks for me since I like to track my packages and they've lost mine and made me wait to refund me. I dealt with AI.

 

I signed up for Prolific shortly after they started, so I was already in when requesters started sending me there over the CR#2 nonsense. Many days I make more on Prolific. Today, Prolific / £26.81 MTurk / $13.50

 

Sorry that they've lost some of your packages. I've had a few packages arrive a few days late here and there over the years, but nothing lost or damaged. I've return a few things locally via Kohls, where I ordered the wrong size or item but that was on me, and doing the Amazon returns at the local Kohls was pretty fast and easy.

 

MTurk and Prolific are dead for me tonight, so I think its time to watch a little TV before I play Witcher 3 later. lol

What pissed me off is it was cat food. I really needed it, and by the time they refunded me they were out of stock. There's one Amazon fulfillment center that's like a black hole for tracking. I have an eBay dealer that gets it to me within 24 hours and free shipping. Last time I ordered at midnight and it was on my steps at noon. My beautiful little furry people are very important.

Pros:
Interesting HIT but I had a hard time wrapping my head around chunks of it. I doubt I'll get the qual, but the screener is fairly paid.
