We might be related. My go to gift for family members is a starbucks gift card. I've probably given my parents one for their birthdays, anniversary, christmas, and mother's/father's day. It's the perfect for putting zero effort into a gift.

What if there was spider eggs inside the moth though?

 

I LOVEEEEE the cold brew cappucinos and a few of the other cold brew options, in part because the cold brew cappucino is like 70 calories and has enough caffeine to send me to the moon and they use skim foam. I make it at home sometimes, but I mostly drink tea and make french press for matt at home, so it's usually just not often enough for me to reguarly put in the effort. Also, at least when I ask for something skim or almond milk or whatever, they just do their job and don't weirdly judge me lol. We do have that one very sweet, but very ditzy girl who didn't know non-fat and skim were the same thing and thought half-caf meant half coffee, half milk- but she tries! And she re-made my drink the time she used full fat and didn't realize till after she was done cause she knew that wasn't what I ordered. We used to have a super judgey barista, but she's not there anymore thank goodness. My starbucks sang happy birthday to me and everything. I'll definitely take consistency and manners over snooty brats who don't do their job correctly and expect you to be happy about paying for that.

Listen, I love me some full fat lattes, but I also love my waist line.

 

I'm actually doing something a tiny bit similar today and attending a meeting at real job to address some of the utter bullshit that happens there too.
