I used to make these religiously, but haven't made one in years.

• Half cup apple juice (the stuff with pulp is best, can also go no sugar)
• Half a cup of water to cut the juice
• Half a cup to 1 cup oats
• 7 or 8 frozen strawberries
• 1 frozen banana (I used to halve large bananas and just use one half)
• Pinch of salt.
• Optional, if you like a peanut butter taste, added some P2B to taste.
  
• Refrigerate if you like it a little thicker.

• Half a cup of orange juice (with pulp is the best)
  
• Half a cup of water to cut orange juice
• 1 cup of spinach (packed). I usually blend the wet ingredients with the spinach first cause I want smoother chops.
  
• 7 or 8 frozen strawberries
• 1 frozen banana (I used to halve large bananas and just use one half)
• Pinch of salt
