My landlord called me and told me this exact person and his "partner" would show up.

He's the right guy. It's just a night call and his gf is his backup. She's fine, bringing him tools and whatnot. This is who my landlord sent, and he can pay the bill for whatever this human tornado charges.

That reminds me of "salads" I used to make in college. I would take chocolate chip cookies and crumble them up, pour vanilla soft serve on top, and dump in a carton of milk.

So, this has happened before and lemme tell ya, THIS WAS NOT HOW INSANE IT GOT. They didn't even go in the other apartment yet.

Our building has a new owner and they are cheaping out, I can tell ya that. I miss our old guy. our old guy would have at least told me to get stuff off the sink if he was planning on it being this much of a mess.

I have a nice toothbrush too. Those were nice towels. What in the world.
