I am going to hold you to this. RIght now that link says no hits availabe but, really, earlier it said I wasn't qualified.

THey post like every 2-3 weeks and run for 3-4 days.

 

I was going off the rekog listed on the Hits Log at 1:20.

When I clicked accept on the rekog posted at 1:20 on the hits log, it said
You are not qualified to accept this HIT. You either do not have the required Qualification or, if you possess the Qualification, your value does not match the value required for you to accept the HIT. You can browse all Qualifications to find qualifications you want to obtain or browse HITs available to you to view HITs you are qualified to complete.

What does that mean? Also, there was another rekog that people were doing, but it wasn't posted on the hits log, was it found using OW?

 

Probably HF. There are 10 rekogs starting at .02 and going up in .02 intervals up to .20

Did you just have all turned on and .22 just happened to be the ones to drop?

 

You should wait till they pop up on OW or HF, then turn the panda on. I think they change every few weeks too, so it's best to just wait till you see them on your scraper and add them to your catcher.
