I removed 3 minutes from it for times I strayed from the tab or when I left the room. Unnecessary pages/continue buttons to hit in between round. You can probably do it a little faster.

I’m so glad we are almost out of this place. With the owner change, it went from an innocuous level of bad where we at least had a landlord who didn’t bother us to complete incompetence. The new owners turned the sprinklers off (the grass loves that), got rid of the derpy but good maintenance guy in favor of a range of bizarro people (like the plumber who wrecked my bathroom), changed the trash pick up, doubled the price of laundry, makes us drop our rent in person at a specific bank, etc etc etc.

Seeing my landlord’s father faffing around with a weed whacker instead of the usual dudes didn’t even shock me.
