When my daughter was born, the nurse yelled up to me that the baby had a "red afro". I thought, what? My daughter, bless her heart, grew up with this curly hair that grew out not down. I could pull the strands and they would be super long but once I let them go they bounced right back to her head. I had no idea what to do with her hair. Then my friend who happened to be black had me take my daughter over to see his sister. She taught me all sorts of things to take care of her hair and sstyles, and introduced us to products intended for "black hair". I was the only white lady in Houston walking her toddler in to the black salon to get her hair styled. But she has never turned back.

 

Some this woman I work with brings me fruit almost everyday right after lunch. It just now dawned on me that it's been going on for about a month. I asked a couple others if she gives them anything and they said no.

I don't think she likes me, so I'm wondering if she thinks I need more fiber to poop or something. Maybe it's poisoned and she's slowly raising the level over time so I become immune and get superpowers.

 

what is up with these on HIT but two DIFFERENT studies thing that is going on for the whole day?
